Beeches is 1000ft above sea level and its soporific stance, you are sure to
enjoy a peaceful night!
PS...always remember though to keep the garden gates closed, otherwise
the local sheep will trespass - not only gobbling up the garden goodies but
waking you earlier than you may wish!
High Beeches now has Broadband for fast internet access at the dedicated studio telephone line - allowing you to work if you really must.
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom en-suite and stand-alone cast iron victorian bath - where you can view the world without being viewed!
A convivial conservatory, or tempting terrace where you can taste tea, consume champagne looking down on the garden and beyond to Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Wales.
Rooms with a view...High Beeches with it's terrace known as the Eagle's Nest and the conservatory are ideal for a sundowner. Pic taken towards sunset from under the boughs of the garden's 250 years old oak tree which is cared for by the Forestry Commission.
The terrace, looks out to Symond's Yat and the Black Mountains' and is adjacent to the studio. It is known as the Eagle's nest - and a peregrine falcon has also visited! High Beeches is almost 500ft higher than Symonds Yat : although a favourite spot for woodland walkers, Yat Rock is a popular place for bird watchers as the Peregrine falcon nests in the surrounding cliffs.
